On All You Can Meat, meat, in all its glorious forms, becomes the way in to an America that is quirky, colorful, and downright delicious.

Host Chuey Martinez travels across the country to find the most authentic preparations of the classic cuts: steak, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc. From the Texas pit master to the woodsman in Appalachia curing jerkey in his shack, Chuey quickly learns that great American characters make great meat.

He also discovers that roasted meat taps into deep emotions and has the ability to bring people together. This series will take viewers to some amazing corners of the country, often obscure places they can go themselves to discover these mouth-watering meat recipes.

Host Bio

Chuey began his career in radio the minute it was legal. Growing up in the San Gabriel Valley, Chuey launched his career at a local radio station at the age of 16. After finishing high school, Chuey traveled to Arizona to play college football and study business, while obtaining a position at the local radio station in Arizona.

Chuey's larger than life personality, work ethic, and sense of humor quickly got him noticed and he gained an on-air position at a regional Mexican station in Phoenix, Arizona at the age of 21.

Chuey left Arizona to pursue TV, film and radio here in Los Angeles and immediately began to work for a top-rated radio station. After four years in radio, as well as, acting in nationally televised commercials and various network shows, Chuey joined L.A.'s #1 Hit Music Station, 102.7 KIIS FM.
Chuey believes there’s something about meat that brings people together—and he knows that every family has different traditions and different ways of making and enjoying their meat.
